I purchased this one thru Amazon, five months ago, and have brewed several batches of beer with great results. I am overall pleased with the construction and durability of this Stock pot. I have seen pots of similar quality selling for much more. 18/10 stainless steel with a thick bottom - perfect! Priced at under [...] and free shipping; this is indeed a great value. Thank you Amazon!!!

Xpress Redi Set Go Cooker
Xpress Redi Set Go Cooker
I saw this advertised on TV several times and finally decided to pick one up. It looked inexpensive and I figured if it didn't work out then it wouldn't be that big of a loss. The appliance has worked out so well that it is now the most used item in the kitchen next to the George Foreman grill and toaster.
The Ready-Set-Go is small but sturdy. It folds up nicely and you can wrap the cord around the 'feet' and tuck it away in a cupboard or against a wall when not in use.
The inside well is about the size of a small dessert plate. It's large enough to cook two average size burritos. When you first turn turn it on, the Ready-Set-Go heats up quickly. I like the indicator light on top that says when it's heated up. The timer on it is a definite plus. However, when it goes off, it will only ding once. So, if you're not paying attention, you may miss it.
Cooking with it is a breeze. When the Ready-Set-Go is warmed up, it will cook frozen fish sticks or chicken sticks thoroughly in about 11 minutes. I've left breaded chicken patties in it for 20 minutes without them coming out black but instead a dark brown. Even though it cooks evenly, it does get hot. The bottom well seems to cook hotter than the upper well/lid. There are two 'wings' on either side of it that can get very hot so you need to be careful of this.
The one I ordered came with a cookbook, a dual spatula, a dual-well insert to cook eggs, and another insert with 6 small wells. Clean up is a breeze since the Ready-Set-Go has a teflon coating. Wipe it with a moist washcloth and it's ready to go.
Originally, I got the Ready-Set-Go so I wouldn't have to heat up the oven. When the kids want chicken strips or chicken nuggets it's inconvenient to heat up the oven. The microwave is fine, but leaves the food soggy. The Ready-Set-Go is a nice cross between the two and is easy to use. It has definitely worked out better than I anticipated when I ordered it.

T-Fal Initiatives 10-Piece Nonstick Inside and Out
I'm a trained sous chef who cooks alot at home when i'm not working or studying.
Cheap for Tefal's nonstick set with Thermal hotspot.
just one word, follow the care instructions that came in the box.
Use only wooden/plastic cookware to do your cooking
wash immediately after use with dish cloth and soap.
try to minimise putting it in the dishwasher and it will last u a long long long time.

KitchenAid Gourmet Essentials Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Piece Cookware Set
I'm very satisfied with these, had them for almost 2 months and no problems. Glad I bought them early, because I only paid $134.99 (after a $22.00 discount) from Amazon, now they're charging $237 for them. They clean very easy, no scrub needed, even if you let the food sit in them overnight. No major scratches, if you take care of them they'll be fine. The covers are great, I like the glass, nice to see how the food is cooking without having to lift the lid. The cover handles are a lil awkward, not allowing you to stack the covers on top of each other. And if you don't hold the cover handles exactly on the plastic grips the medal part gets hot, but those are minor issues. Overall a very good product and so happy I was able to throw my el-cheapo pots away. Hope to have these for years to come.

All-Clad Cast Aluminum 5-1/2-Quart Dutch Oven with Two Oven Mitts
All-Clad Cast Aluminum 5-1/2-Quart Dutch Oven with Two Oven Mitts
I purchased the Dutch Oven for packing, the objective was to use it on coals and on a wood camp stove. There were several concerns about durability, and if a light pot would be adequate for backing on coals. My first observation was that the dutch oven is light enough for backpacking and definately no problem in mule or llama panniers.
Eagerly, I tested it with charcoal on the patio for baking bread. The lid is rounded with a lip, it held charcoal better than I expected, and it is easy for ashes to spill into the food. It baked the bread perfectly, it was brown on top, cooked through out, and did not stick, and with care no ashes fell onto the bread.
I am very happy with this Dutch Oven, and look forward to many camp meals that will be cooked in it.

Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch Covered Ultimate Pan
Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch Covered Ultimate Pan
I am very pleased with my purchase. I spent some time reviewing cookware because I decided to finally buy some decent cookware instead of using cheap non-stick options. I went onto consumer reports and found that Analon Advanced was the third best cookware brand reviewed by them, beaten only by Emerilware and Analon Titanium. These are very reasonably priced compared to others (Calphalon, which enjoys a lot of brand recognition). I bought this as a part of a 4 for 3 promotion and couldnt be more pleased with my selection. It is wide, deep, and just the right weight (not too light to be tipped off accidentally, and not too heavy to work with). I dont use it just for stir fry but cook most of my meals, vegetables and gravy chicken dishes in this. I love the glass lid that lets you monitor your cooking, and the comfortable and safe handle. It is very easy to clean and the only complaint I have is that I cannot store the lid on this pan upside down as the handle raises the lid so that it cannot rest on the rim of the pan. This makes it a bit of a nuisance to store in my small kitchen cabinet. I dont like stacking my nonstick dishes without separating them with lids because I am worried that the surface will get ruined from having other smaller pots and pans sit one on top of the other. On the whole though, that is a small flaw to live with.

Cooks wonderfully! Foods brown uniformly (instead of brown towards the center and 'raw' nearer the edge). And the bottom is truly FLAT, which means liquids do not pool. Consequently, foods cook uniformly and require less re-arranging. Finally we love the handles. The long one stays cool and the short one opposite makes it easy to pour out liquids. Wonderful product!
