First, of all I received these in a day even with two day shipping. They feel really sturdy but look so elegant. Second of all, the pans have great heat distribution. I noticed that one of my pans was off center but my food still cooked evenly. A great value for 13 pieces of great cookware which will probably last me a lifetime.
