I would just like to point out that the Emrilware Pro-Clad set does NOT have the copper bottom, and the negative reviews here should be under the Emrilware Stainless Steel set.
I have owned this set for a while now, and I don't usually review items. But I am so happy with this, when I saw the mistakes in the other reviews, I felt I needed to comment. Absolutely love the handles, much more comfortable the Caphalon and All-Clad sets I tested out in the stores, prior to purchasing this here. Everyone else has it on the money.
