I've worked many years in the food-service industry, and these pots are almost professional kitchen grade. Solid, thick bottoms that heat evenly, well made handles. All in all, 5 out of 5 from me. WOULD recommend.
the nonstick on these pots and pans is amazing.nothing sticks to it. i have only had them a few weeks but i love them.
