We love our cookware set. The 16-piece price is a much better bargain than the 10-piece price: save $49 and get six extra utensils. The Bosch induction cooktop we bought heats up the pans in a jiffy, and a bit of water standing in the in the warm pan makes for a quick cleanup. The lids are glass, with a special vent that allows steam to escape, avoiding boil-overs and splatters on the cooktop and pan. The lids have a large handle that steeply curves into the lid, allowing easy grasping, especially with a pot holder. The bottoms are sturdy, yet smooth (you probably want to avoid stacking them). The pots are solid, yet light enough to lift one-handed (an improvement over our heavy Calphalon pans). We also purchased the Bar Keeper's Friend Cookware Cleanser and Polish (the two-pack is cheaper than a singleton), but we don't anticipate needing it much. We would love to see a griddle in this cookware line that works with our cooktop.
