American Kitchen AK-710 Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware Set
i bought this for myself for Christmas and it is awesome. i have been wanting a nice stainless steel set for over a year. last year i bought a small skillet (Marcus Samuelsson 10-Inch Stainless-Steel Skillet) in order to allow myself the opportunity to get used to cooking on stainless steel. it requires the use of lower heat and that was the most difficult part to get used to. my former cookware was Calphalon non-stick and the cooking temperatures are slightly higher.
these are easy to clean and store. before using for the first time, wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately. use a clean paper towel and rub some oil on the inside cooking surface (i used coconut oil). Allow cookware to cool completly before washing. i dry the inside with a paper towel and they reapply oil.
you can put these in the dishwasher, but i prefer hand washing. dishwashing may dull the shine of the pans, and since i hang my pots and pans, i prefer to keep the shine.
i bought this set because it is made in the USA and I have not been disappointed. Get yourself a set, you won't regret it.
