This set is nice to look at. The red is bright and true. The pieces are heavy and solid. I think this is a really good value for all that you get. 1, 2 and 3 qt saucepans with glass lids, a dutch oven with lid, plus two smaller size fry pans. The manufacturer offers a limited lifetime guarantee on materials and manufacturing and will replace or repair anything that goes wrong for the whole of the time you buy the set and use it. In fact I got to test that guarantee because one of the saucepans was bent out of shape pretty bad when I unpacked the box. I phoned Hamilton Beach and quickly got through to speak to a real person who immediately offered to send me out a replacement saucepan and lid. He took my name and address and said it would ship out tomorrow and I'd have it in about a week. That's all there was to it. That's not bad for problem resolution, in fact it's exactly how it's supposed to be. Sadly it often isn't that way these days but it is still so with this company. I am very satisfied with what I got for my money and would recommend the set to anyone without qualification.
