Five BIG Stars! Most impressive!  seems like a mouthful of titles but every word is key to this excellent set of pots, pans, skillets, and everything pan most of whom have lids. Over the years I have destroyed many non-stick skillets and pots, so I usually buy 2 or 3 at a time at Wal-Mart because I know they won't stand up to my style of frying and cooking. Not so with this set! 6 months downstream and carefully following their instructions, my two skillets are still in use and outside of a few blemishes where I didn't use a plastic or wooden spatula, in excellent condition. The pots are still in excellent condition. Their durability has already actually saved me money. It's important to follow their break in and care instructions to the letter, which differ from other non-stick ware companies, although not too complicated. The handles on the cookware are attractive and made of silicon which appears to be rubber but is not. It can withstand up to 400 degrees in an oven and always stays cool to the touch outside of an oven. This is a very nice-looking gourmet cookware set for the home, as a present, or as a first cookware set for someone going out on their own. Read the instructions first and keep them handy.
