Cuisinart GreenGourmet 11-Inch Square Grill Pan
I got this grill to replace another hard anodized grill pan in the same price range after the plastic based coating came off and flaked into the food. Green gourmet is wonderful!!! the food cooks perfectly over medium heat, the clean up is a breeze and no sign of scratching or flaking. A great addition to my Green Gourmet cookware set.
